As the the most dynamic and potential sector in the tertiary industry, the rapid development of the tourism industry put forword higher requirements on tourism professionals. Tourism of secondary vocational education as a basic level in tourism education system, which aims to develop the excellent tourist and basic management personnel that practical,applied and integrated in one for social.As the theroy with practice of a teaching method, Case teaching method greatly improves the teaching quality in tourism vocational education, promote the development of secondary vocational education in tourism.But in the actual teaching process, travel case teaching in secondary vocational education exist many issues that affect the effectiveness of case teaching play. Therefore, under the guidance of the Humanistic theory and Constructivist theory, this paper will combine teaching method and curriculum proposed applicational countermeasures of case teaching in tourism vocational education, combine with travel features in order to play the advantage of case teaching.Firstly, based on the depth research on the theoretical basis of the case teaching, this paper know that the case teaching method designed to student-centered, attention to students internalize konwledge and become active learning in the teaching process.Depending on the different level of participation of students in the learning classroom, the case teaching method is divided into three forms-Discussion-based case teaching, Role-playing type case teaching, Virtual Analog case teaching, in order to enrich the case teaching form and enhance students’ interest in learning and improve the level of participation of students in class.Secondly, this paper analyzes the current tourism vocational education curriculum features, combined with the characteristics of vocational students, the teacher’s behavior and performance and the goals of vocational tourism education, expect from the perspective of tourism vocational education and the role of the advantages of case teaching method, then concluded with the necessity and feasibility of the case teaching method in tourism vocational education.Thirdly, On the basis of theoretical research, the paper using the method of the theory and practice,combined with the reality of the situation analysis. Take advantage of the author’s teaching experience and the findings of the questionnaire survey interviews, summarized the problem of the current use of case teaching method in tourism vocational colleges. Through the awareness of tourism case teaching method’s application by students and specific application of it, in the application process of case teaching in tourism vocational education maybe have those problems such as teaching form single, cases selected improperly, student participation poor, lack of experience of teachers,teaching evaluation is not in place. These issues affect the case teaching results and hinder the achievement of teaching objectives.It follows that in order to imporve the case teaching effectivenes, it’s timely and urgency that we must take effective measures to address the problems.Finally, the study on the basis of the Previous studies, to address the reality issues exeist in tourism vocational education case teaching, the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Grasp the factors and the principles of application of case teaching method in tourism vocational education, providing effective implementation of the guidelines for the implementation of the Case Teaching. Build the Case Method tourism vocational education applications, and improve the process of case teaching method of the specific application. According to the possible problem in the application of travel case teaching vocational education, correspondencely, propose specific strategies to improve tourism vocational education case teaching effectiveness, to ensure the smooth implementation of the case teaching method.Through in-depth study of the application of case teaching method in tourism vocational education level, the conclusion follows:1. The combination of threeUnlike the traditional teaching method, Case teaching method has its own unique. Case teaching achieved the combination of theory and practice, teachers and students, teaching methods and curriculum.According to the two theoretical basis for the case teaching method-constructivist theory and humanistic theory, making the teaching process aiming to achieve student learning initiative and promote students take the initiative to internalize the knowledge, enhance students’comprehensive capacity and integrated literacy. Case teaching is a good way to achieve this purpose, it provides a good theoretical basis for the research of this article.2.Three kinds of coursesThis paper analyzes the tourism curriculum in vocational education. According to the teaching demands of today’s tourism in vocational education,"mission-driven" curriculum gradually dominate.Combines with the traditional "three-stage" curriculum,this article put the tourism services and management professional curriculum into three categories-Professional basic courses, expertise courses, professional skills courses. In the actual teaching process, depending on the different selection of specific teaching methods of course content to ensure the quality of classroom teaching.3. Three kinds of case teaching formFrom the perspective of innovation on Case Method Analysis, this paper in the angle at the combination of pedagogy and curriculum and according to the applicability principles of teaching and curriculum, obtained in the practical application of case teaching method can be selected according to the course content in three different manifestations to achieve teaching objectives.In the specific process of case teaching need combine the the psychological needs of students with behavior. Then based on the active involvement of vocational students to divide the different forms of the case teaching method-that is, discussed case teaching, role-playing case teaching, real analog case teaching.4.Build the applications of Case Method tourism vocational educationAfter Investigate the necessity and feasibility of tourism case teaching, paper select Guilin Tourism Vocational Colleges as a case study, through questionnaires and interviews for analyzing current’s tourism case teaching method in vocational education,there are many problems.In order to improve the effect of toursim vocational education case teaching, this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures:in the grasp of factors and application principles of tourism case teaching, in order to ensure the adaptability and developmental of teaching method, constructed for different forms of tourism case teaching method’s application, provide constructive suggestions for the the practical application of case teaching method, contributing to the case study research.
