At present, with the development at full speed of social science and technology, information technology application of the teaching popularize more and more in vocational education. But, modern teaching must not only merely adapt to the development of the modern society but also promote the progress and development of the modern society through training new-type talents. The modern society is calling large quantities of talents of "pioneering", "creating type "and" applied talent", in conformity with this. The teaching in the information technology environment faces the great reform; the Accounting teaching of Secondary vocational technical schools is so.According to the characteristic of accounting subject, the dissertation researches into the case-based teaching in Information technology environment with the action research method so as to provide experience and suggestion for construction of case library and the practice of this teaching method, which promotes the construction of accounting teaching resources and enriches the teaching methods.First, the article makes a specific limitation and theory testify of case-teaching model. After that, it analysis the importance of case-teaching and the condition for realization. Based on that, attempts to construct the case-teaching model of Secondary vocational technical schools accounting lesson in the information technology environment. The article emphasized on how to set up the aim of the ease-teaching model, how to put in practice, the roles of teacher and student and how to estimate it. Finally, the article gives a demonstration of the case-teaching model.In this paper, the teaching effect was also examined and analyzed by comparing both an experimental class with and a controlling class without the case method of teaching. The findings showed that the case method of teaching can gain a better achievement, and improve the creativity, understanding and practice. In addition, the examination and investigation indicated that a great number of students enjoyed the case method of teaching.Because my theoretical level was limited, action research is not long, However, it is clear that while we are utilizing educational mean of technology innovation accounting of information, no matter which kind of teaching modes are adopted, should all accord with the modern education idea, promptly do not mean that can give up the traditional teaching mode in the course of accounting teaching, We should choose and use the traditional and modern teaching mode rationally, make the two organic and combine, each show the chief of institute, complement one another, push the reform in education of accounting of Secondary vocational technical schools to a newer height.
