Nowadays, high vocational education developed fleetly. With the constant improvement of social and employment mechanism ,student employment competition, also schools .Only guarantee the quality of teaching, the vitality of a school can continue, can we remain invincible in the fierce competition. In order to improve the quality of teaching, we must deepen the reform of teaching management, in particular,To strengthen the practice of teaching research and innovation. Practice teaching is an important part of vocational education, higher travel professional is a professional and very practical. On the practical of teaching has been the focus of tourism educators. In recent years, many scholars have done research in this area. Pure service-oriented practice has been unable to meet the needs of all students and actual needs. Practical way how to create new and enhance the quality of the existing practice to improve students the competitive edge in employment is worth considering. This requires not only efforts of colleges, but also the government, tourism industry and tourism enterprises of concern and attention. Train high-quality colleges and tourism industry professionals is a common goal and our tourism development. Article mainly practice teaching model innovation perspective, from practice teaching model elements and various links Internal link, using literature research and typical case combined, comparative analysis and empirical investigation combining method, higher vocational colleges especially Petroleum Vocational College as case students explore practice teaching mode, practice education and suitable mode of practice teaching.
