In the increasingly competitive market environment, human resource management plays a more and more important role in the business.In the system of human resource management, compensation management is the most powerful tool to attract, retain and motivate talents. High performance is the goal of enterprises. More and more enterprises are improving mechanism of human resources management, performance and compensation are combined effectively, in order to improve the efficiency of the whole organization and realize their goals and vision. How to effectively motivate employees to improve performance, has become the subject of a growing number of enterprise and scholars. Performance-oriented remuneration package random emerged.As in the work of human resource management, I put forward my own opinion about the human resource management of A company from the angle of performance appraisal and compensation design linked.This research is based on the theory of performance appraisal and performance salary, the main research methods are literature research method and case index method, combined with the practice of a state-owned of the third party logistics enterprise, is a very worthy of study and the practical significance of the issue.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction of A company in an increasingly competitive market environment, human resources has become a key factor in the development of enterprise, and performance salary is more and more important, in the summary of the performance compensation research both at home and abroad, put forward the purpose and significance of this study.The second chapter outlines the basic theory of performance appraisal and compensation management, and focuses on the theory of performance awards.The third chapter introduces the current situation of A company, especially the present situation of performance appraisal and compensation scheme. Through the questionnaire survey combined with the staff interviews, statistical analysis of the main problems existing in performance appraisal and compensation scheme of A company, put forward the optimization suggestions.The fourth chapter introduce the salary structure optimization of A company, on this basis, the monthly performance pay schemes and year-end bonus scheme are optimizaed. According to the current direction of the company, presents a wide range of incentive programs focusing on sales staff and operational staff. In addition, set up some special performance award programs to meet the needs of flexible and timely incentive.The fifth chapter, taking into account the problems that may arise, puts forward some measures to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Finally, the conclusion of paper summarizes the main results and prospects for future research.I hope this can provide a positive reference for the logistics enterprises lacked of standardized management.
