| It is crucial for a virtual logistics enterprise to select appropriate partners. A virtual logistics enterprise’s quick response to the market and its performance are directly related to its partners and the establishment of good fellowship between them. On the base of the former studies on the Partner Selection Problem (PSP) in the field of virtual enterprises, this thesis develops a study on the selection of the X logistics company’s partners, applying the latest theory and practice in the fields of logistics management, virtual enterprises and statistical research.First of all, the thesis starts with analysis of X logistics company’s present condition and crucial problems, then introducing virtual operation theory, and propose that the most important problem for X logistics companies is to choose the appropriate partnership for large freight vehicles in the process of virtual operation, which is also the problem that this thesis is intended to solve.The core part of the thesis is determine to the partner selection index system for X virtual logistics companies after analyzing small logistics industry environment in Yan’an and X-specific logistics companies. This process is done through three steps:determining the primaries candidate indicators, questionnaires, SPSS statistical analysis. The system is a highly targeted and practical meaningful for X-logistics company. In the process of Index System determining, the thesis uses the correlation analysis, Factor analysis, and other statistical analysis tools. The factors with small impact are merged and deleted. After the establishment of indicator system set up, the thesis uses AHP to determine the target weight, and uses MATLAB software to calculate layer index weight. The thesis integrated weighted score for the candidate enterprises. The enterprise with the sore of comprehensive evaluation of the weighted value being highest is the business partners logistics companies X final choice.The ideas and methods proposed in the thesis are useful for some related companies especially for the small and medium-sized transport and logistics enterprises. |
