The Correlation Analysis Study On Population Urbanization And The Level Of Economic Development In The Process Of China’s Urbanization

The reason the relationship between the level of economic development and the population of Urbanization in China’s urbanization process is chosen as the subject of the paper is that: China’s social and economic in the fast speed at present, agglomeration effect not only brings into China’s the level of economic development increased year after year, but brings vital labor force to the development of China’s urbanization. A large number of rural surplus labor forces have marched into the city for development opportunities; a group of graduates of colleges and Universities as well as have rooted in the city. There has a phenomenon is that an imbalance between the level of economic development and urbanization of the population. However, the population of the city is not so like this. The government has not an effective solution of urban employment of migrant workers and account problems in big cities and metropolis. Meanwhile, the problems of massive land abnormal reduction, urban disease, and so on have seriously troubled the raising of the level of economic development in China and the rapid urbanization of the population. These problems also seriously hindered the further development of our urbanization and the process of socialist modernization. There are some research on the level of economic development and urbanization of the population in the current times.However, research on the level of economic development and urbanization in the process of China’s urbanization is relatively uncommon. In addition, there are not many investigation and discourse about negative impact, the lagging reason of urbanization of population and the solutions of coordination between the level of economic development and the population of urbanization. It is necessary and urgent of scientific analysis and discussion about the study on the correlation between the level of economic development and the urbanization of population in the process of China’s urbanization. Meanwhile, it is necessary and urgent to identify the lagging factors of urbanization of the population, seek the better methods of the harmonious development between the level of economic development and the urbanization of population for decision making and the recommendation for the development of China’s urbanization.It also has inestimable theoretical and practical significance.Starting with the concept of urbanization, population urbanization and the level of economic development, the author elaborated theories about urbanization, population urbanization, and the theory of economic development. In addition, in theory the author expounded the stages of development of urbanization and its characteristics; on the basis the author used the software of SPSS analysis on the relationship between population urbanization and the level of economic development on China during2001-2011.By analyzing the correlation coefficient of the urbanization rate and GDP per capita, there is a high correlation between the level of economic development and the urbanization of population. Then according to the standard structure Chenery, the author did qualitative analysis the specific relationship between the urbanization rate and GDP per capita in the current process of China’s urbanization. Then the author used SPSS17.0software and knowledge of advanced Mathematics, analyzed the trends of time on the urbanization rate and GDP per capita from2001to2011on the point of quantitative view, and launched fitting equation and the derivative operations. With the comparison of the pace of development on the urbanization rate and the pace of development on GDP per capita, so the author drew the conclusions the level of China’s urbanization of population was in the lagging situation on the whole nowadays. Then the author analyzed the lagging reason of the level of China’s urbanization of population, at last, the author summarized the countermeasures and suggestions on coordinating economic development and urbanization of population, steadily promoting the urbanization of China.The main innovation of this paper is:First, the research topic of the paper is relatively new. There are a lot of researches on urbanization in academic area, and the researches involves many aspects, such as land urbanization, the urban environment, regional urbanization, etc. however, case studies and analysis of the urbanization of population and the level of economic development in china’s process of urbanization are rare.Second, this paper chose the method of combining theoretic with empiric. There both have qualitative analysis and quantitative derivation in this paper. In the aspect of qualitative analysis, this paper combined with the international model and data, the author got the relationship between the current population urbanization of China and the level of economic development theoretically. And then from the quantitative aspect, the author used the software SPSS, did the math, the model fitting and regression analysis the data on urbanization rate and GDP per capita from2001to2011, visually got the positive correlation resistance comparing the relationship between the level of economic development and the urbanization of population about China. In addition, the author did the empirical analysis on the specific relationship about the level of economic development and population urbanization in current urbanization process of China. In this paper, based on the theoretical discussion of the existence of population urbanization lagging in the process of China’s urbanization, the author did the deeper empirical analysis, and then analyzed the negative impact of population urbanization lagging in the process of China’s current urbanization, as well as the causes, finally presented the feasible suggestions and solutions, which contributed to the promotion of the process of China’s urbanization. In this paper, the author used the method of combing theoretic and empiric, intuitively and clearly presented the relationship of population urbanization and the level of economic development. Meanwhile, the paper also presented the law of population urbanization and the level of economic development. It would further push forward steadily the development of China’s urbanization. In addition, it would have the reference value to a certain extent and far-reaching significance of the construction.
