A Study Of Relations Between Entrepreneurial Competence And Entrepreneurial Performance Of Chongqing Micro-enterprise Based On Entrepreneurial Orientation

In the research of how to solving our domestic unemployment, to encourageentrepreneur establishing businesses is considered to be a positive choice，and the prior choiceis to establish a micro-enterprise model. In the development of startup businesses,entrepreneurial competence is very important to the whole entrepreneurial process and it is akey factor for the enterprise to grow up. At present, the domestic studies of mciro-enterprisehas just started, which will lead to positive and practical significances.Entrepreneurship orientation is a cross subject of entrepreneurship theory and strategicmanagement theory, which will provide positive guidance for start-up companies’ operatingactivities and improvement of performance. At present, in the development process ofdomestic micro-enterprises and start-up enterprises, many enterprises faced stagnation ormortality, which heavily beat entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial zeal.The growth and developmentof micro-enterprise or startup enterprises needs a combinate influences, and thus to study therelationship between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance from themicro-enterprise itself, as well as the effect of entrepreneurship orientation between them,which will bring to us a realistic significance.This pape proposed a model of the relationship between entrepreneurial competence andentrepreneurial performance，which based on entrepreneurial orientation as a adjustmentvariables, and divide enterprise entrepreneurship dimension into opportunity competence,organization and management competence, strategic capabilities and relationship competence,which as the independent variable; Entrepreneurial performance dimension are divided intoprofit performance and growth performance, which as the dependent variable; Entrepreneurialorientation dimension divided into innovative, proactive and risk bearing, which as amoderator variable. Thus, we put forward the related hypothesis of empirical analysis study.Through the descriptions of Chongqing micro-enterprise questionnaire and statisticalanalysis, and to verify this assumption, then we finally work out the following conclusions:First, the micro-enterprises entrepreneurial capacity has a positive correlation to theentrepreneurial performance, and the sub dimensions of entrepreneurship competence all havepositive impact to entrepreneurial performance. The strength on positive impacts is as follows：opportunity competence, relationship competence, organization&managementcompetence and strategic competence.Second, entrepreneurial orientation takes a positive moderating effect between theentrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurial performance. The stronger innovative, thestronger effect of entrepreneurial capability on entrepreneurial performance; the strongerpreactivity,the stronger effect of entrepreneurial capability on entrepreneurial performance.Asregard to risk-bearing,its positive moderating effect between the entrepreneurial capacity andentrepreneurial performance is not significant.
