With the development of the times, the industrial structure of the world has undergone tremendous changes, and emerging technologies have emerged, such as new energy, artificial intelligence,Internet +,and the Internet of Things.Premier Li Keqiang has issued the slogan of "mass entrepreneurship, innovation",promotes various entrepreneurial activities, and allows more people to join the entrepreneurial activities.Entrepreneurship plays a very important role in China's economic growth, scientific and technological progress and international competitiveness. The country with the highest level of activity among new ventures around the world is China. However,in China, the survival rate of the new start-up period is not significant, and the quality is also uneven.Research shows that startups that can survive for one year account for about 50% of startups can only survive for a year, and less than 20% can survive for three years.Business model is a very important means for enterprises to create value. With the rapid development of social technology, new ventures need to innovate their business models, enabling them to survive and grow in the fierce competition. For start-ups,business model innovation comes from the improvement and development of business opportunities;for the capture of business opportunities, entrepreneurs need to have strong opportunities to use and identify. When the company is founded,it must conduct operational management through operational management capabilities to ensure normal continuous production and operation.Also.The ability of companies to integrate resources is also a key factor in the success of the company.Today's society is changing rapidly, corporate activities are closely related to external environmental factors, and companies need to develop timely responses to the changing external environment. From the perspective of business model innovation, this paper explores the relationship between entrepreneurial ability, business model innovation, environmental uncertainty and entrepreneurial performance. It believes that business model innovation is the intermediate mechanism for transforming entrepreneurial ability into entrepreneurial performance.Improve the survival rate of startups and increase the duration of startups. In addition, this paper introduces environmental uncertainty as a regulatory variable, and believes that environmental uncertainty affects the mechanism of interaction between entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial performance. Therefore, the mediation effect of business model innovation on the impact of entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial performance and the adjustment model of environmental uncertainty are proposed. In this study,Shanghai's new ventures were selected as research objects. The questionnaires were distributed online and offline through We Chat and Questionnaire.A total of 207 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using spss22.0 statistical software. The research results show that entrepreneurial ability and its three dimensions(opportunity, operational management, and resource integration)have a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Business model innovation plays a mediating role in the impact of entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial performance.Uncertainty plays a negative role in the relationship between entrepreneurial ability, business model innovation and entrepreneurial performance.Based on the results of empirical research,in order to improve the survival rate of startups and the performance of startup enterprises, this paper proposes countermeasures for entrepreneurs to improve their entrepreneurial ability, scientifically innovate business models and respond to environmental changes.
