Enterprise’s standardization, scientific management and benefit improvement are the key factors of the enterprises construction to participate in market competition and deal with the participation of the international contractors. The overall project profit level can be improved only after the constructional enterprises have monographic research on the enterprise management problems, analyzing and controling the external environment, which thus improves the overall competition ability of enterprise’s construction in the market, and obtains long-term survival, sustainable development and stable profit under the fierce market competition.The author, who has worked in Xindu No.9Construction Engineering Co.Ltd for a long time, was responsible for enterprise management. Combined with the theory knowledge during the EMBA study, the article is written for the purpose of having general diagnosis of the internal and external environment of Chengdu Xindu No.9construction engineering Co., LTD., researching the existed main problems of enterprise management, putting forward countermeasures to solve the main management problems, and proposing the suggestion for countermeasure implementation, in order to realize the scientific development of the enterprise, meanwhile,predict preliminarily the effect of the implementation of measures.The article is written based on the background of management status of the domestic construction industry, construction market environment and Chengdu Xindu No.9construction engineering co. LTD. are presenting definitely the necessity of research of the management problems of Chengdu Xindu No.9construction engineering co., LTD and the countermeasures, systemizing the enterprise management theory, mainly using the related theory of strategy management of enterprise management, bidding management project management, financial management and enterprise culture building as the theory basis for subject research. Firstly, the internal and external environment of Chengdu Xindu No.9construction engineering co., LTD will be generally diagnostically analyzed, thus obtaining the correct understanding of enterprise owns advantages and successful experience, the lessons of disadvantage and failure, and the correct understanding of the external opportunity and challenge to the enterprise, which concludes the general diagnosis of conclusion to enterprise. Then the practical management problems of Chengdu Xindu No.9construction engineering co., LTD will be diagnosed, the management problem of Chengdu Xindu No.9construction engineering co., LTD will be systemized, main management problems restricting the development of enterprises will be captured, then all the problems of Chengdu Xindu No.9construction engineering co., LTD, such as the global strategic problem, enterprise development direction and the combination problem, bidding management problem,financial cash management problem, project management problem, the affiliated business risk problem, and the enterprise culture building problem, and will it be monographic researched respectively. The problem representation will be analyzed, the essence of the problem will be researched, question harm will be understood, and the cause of the problem will be found. Finally according to the problems diagnosed what will be put forward are, formulating the long-term strategy scientifically for the enterprise to achieve the enterprise’s scientific development; searching the development direction of the business, and formulating the reasonable business combination; formulating the correct bidding and doing well in bidding management; doing well in fund-raising management and risk controlling of mat endowment; managing the project implementation scientifically; affiliating business strictly and controlling the affiliated risk; building the health enterprise culture and working out other countermeasures to solve management. Meanwhile for the implementation of the measures of solving the management problems, the countermeasures from such sides as the organization and leadership, inspection and control, assessment and rewards and punishments, etc. will be put forward to ensuring the implementation of the management countermeasures to solveing problems, the enterprise existing main management problems will be earnestly solved, and the effect of implementing the management countermeasure will be forecasted.The author utilizes comprehensively the management theory learnt from advanced business management education center of southwest university of finance and economics when writing the graduation report, so as to improve personal theoretical level and research ability, and the further improve the comprehensive ability of construction management, thus the author constantly sums up experience, and strive to promote the scientism and standardization of management of construction enterprise where the author works, to improve enterprise management level, realize the purpose of the enterprise scientific development.
