Research On Energy Saving And Management Of Construction

Development of building energy efficiency in our country has underwentthree developing stages: first，initial building energy efficiency developed mainly inNorth of China, second, stepwise development of building energy efficiency in thewhole country, and currently complete start-up stage of building energy efficiency. Atpresent, there are some problems about management system on building energyefficiency in our country. Such as, it is difficult to impulse building energy efficiencyby market mechanism; the implementing percentage of new designs about buildingenergy efficiency is still low; it is difficult to take measures on energy conservationalterations of subsistent buildings; energy conservation techniques and productscannot satisfy market demand; economic encouragement policies on building energyefficiency have not been established; service market about building energy efficiencyis in the bud. The utilization percentage of renewable energy in buildings is low.In fact, management of building energy efficiency is a public managementproblem. On the basis of above understanding, importance of building energyconservation, actualities of building energy efficiency in our country, existentproblems and relevant reasons were mainly analyzed from the management aspect.Some reasonable suggestions about proceedings of building energy efficiency workwere obtained. These suggestions mainly include: completing management systemabout building energy efficiency; perfecting laws about building energy efficiency andenergy conservation standards; establishing corresponding economic encouragementpolicies; cultivating service market about building energy efficiency in our country;furthermore, policies about building energy efficiency in our country must beinstituted according to different conditions; and try to explore a road about buildingenergy efficiency suitable for China’s current situation.
