After China’s accession to WTO, competition among banks is increasingly fierce within the same industry. While the banks continue to meet domestic demand in the financial industry, they also face the competition from foreign banks. The competition of the financial sector is the talent competition in the final analysis. Whoever has a talent advantage, will have a competitive advantage. The continual loss of talents of state-owned commercial banks has become a serious development restricting factor. Commercial banks have realized the importance of talent management which is regarded an important strategic project task. Therefore, how to strengthen the management of talent, to attract and retain the best financial talent have become an important and urgent task of the banks. Only to retain talent, to make use of the talent, and to implement the human resources strategy to meet the own development in the competitive business can incentive reborn to the invincible position."To win youth is to win the vitality, to win the future and hope". So new recruits management is particularly important in human resource management. It is the starting point for staff management, and the entry management effectiveness is directly related to staff management and follow-up work to carry out, is also related to the ability of the healthy development of the reserve-rich and high-quality human resources, to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. The focus of this thesis is how to properly guide and manage the development of the new staff to make their career development closely combine with that of the banks.This thesis begins with the new staff management related theoretical study, which takes the CH sub-branches of Bank of China as the research object, combines the theoretical analysis and empirical research of the personnel structure characteristics and loss of status of new employees. This paper analyzes new staff management problems of the CH sub-branches of Bank of China, explores the accurately locating of the new employees and then puts the CH sub-branches of Bank of China forward adapted into the fast development of new staff management mode of operation, to better promote the new employees career development, nurture and enhance the competitiveness of the CH sub-branches of Bank of China. Our aim is to enhance the personnel cohesion of the enterprise to realize the common development of the Bank and the employees. This paper is divided into seven chapters:the first and the second chapter introduce the research background, significance, content, methods and theoretical basis. The third chapter is the introduction to the new staff management of the CH sub-branches of Bank of China:firstly, this chapter introduces the basic situation of the CH sub-branches of Bank of China, and then the characteristics and the status quo of the new employees are shown. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the problems of new staff management of the CH sub-branches of Bank of China. The chapter5proposes the optimized countermeasures of new employee socialization, new employee training system and career planning building of the CH sub-branches of Bank of China to provide a reference and thinking of the Bank of China and other state-owned commercial banks in the training of new employees.
