The research content of this paper is basing on the theory of performanceappraisal, combined with current statement of performance appraisal inastronautic A enterprise and problems exist in such works, pointed out anddiscussed the insufficiency in understanding, range, indicators of performanceappraisal and the lack of communication, daily work record, application ofassessment results through analysis on living examples about performanceappraisal.The paper also presented that performance assessment in management ofastronautic A enterprise should focus on training and improvement of staff’sunderstanding. HR department requires the staff, especially the leaders to studyand accept training on the spirit of this appraisal, and clarify duties, build upteams and performance appraisal committee in order to improve or carry out theplan successfully. Before the launch of this work, it’s necessary to make aspecific plan to ensure it would be completed successfully, briefly andsufficiently. Then enhance the scientificity of indicators, especially shouldconsist on the achievements, personal ability and capability to realize appraisalprinciples thoroughly. And also strengthen the performance feedback andapplication of its results. Basing on administration authority, we should feedback performance information step by step, meanwhile intensify performanceresults and putting it into relevant systems. The improvement of contents shouldbe achieved by informatization of assessment sufficiency.
