The Study Of Operator Performance Management In ASY Packaging Plant

Performance management is the important tool to improve company performance and ensure its sustained growing as well. But it's a very big challenge task in the company to build up and implement performance management system. The final results can be very big different even using the same approach in different company. Just due to the different company culture including segmentation and location. This study refers one packaging company to introduce the performance management in this 2 years old company. It emphasize on studying and practicing operator performance management by utilizing the global advanced performance management philosophy in the world, meanwhile combining the specific of packaging industry. The purpose of this study is to improve the company performance and provide a reference for some other packaging company.The thesis is consist of five chapters. 1st chapter introduce the study background and purpose. And concentrate on the importance and real meaning of performance management. 2nd chapter is the theoretical analysis and references description by introducing the performance management theories. 3rd chapter describe the present situation and main existing problems of ASY company performance management, whilst the main analysis if founded on the present problems. 4th chapter describe the improvement proposals, mainly concentrate on the target resettling of performance evaluation for operator, salary structure change and company culture build–up, in order to improve operators performance. 5th chapter concludes this study on ASY performance improvement and some areas to be further studied in the futures.
