Performance management is experienced effectual office procedure to modern enterprise. It could improve further employee's work efficiency, accordingly rise up the total performance of enterprise. The majority of private-owned businesses in china are from family-controlled, which containing the connatural shortage to management meas. in order to make up the lack of management , also promote the market competition of enterprise ,private-owned businesses should adopt the performance management to day by day management after establishing a certain market position and also complete the original accumulation of fund. Practically some serious problems have been found. This article will discuss deeply how to design the senior management position's KPI project to reach the functions of efficient management and as a reference of the department and staff member's index design.The establishment of performance appraisal index has been headache object to human resource performance appraisal person and enterprise manager, this important appraisal index will affect directly assigning of salary job evaluate, also will bring into the total working efficiency, value orientation, complex index of enterprise, etc. this analysis of performance appraisal index will apply for the key performance index (KPI), and subject, 'simple sort', 'Delphi' , Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process etc is adopted to decide the weight of various position to performance appraisal index . Meanwhile , try to make a quantization appraisal to any advisable index if possible. To feedback true information through a series of multi performance index include the strategy contribution, the quality, productivity, ,capacity, efficiency, value of currency , internal and external customer satisfaction to reach a quantization appraisal. Through a qualitative and quantization ,theory research and actual cases to complete the project of z enterprise's performance appraisal index system.Base on comprehensive studying and practicing of theory of modern enterprise management thoroughly combined with the status of private-owned enterprise, in virtue of personal work experience, paper record files and internet information, this article wish to make a further reference to manage efficiency of enterprise via project of performance appraisal index .
