Research On Rural Commercial Bank Risk Inner-controlled Mechanism

Along with the reform of our country financial system, as a newly arisen share systembank, Rural Commercial Bank is facing the complex and changeable economicsituation, more and more fierce competition, more stringent and prudentialsupervision policy after it completed the goal of strategic transformation, and realizedthe leaping development of management. Therefore, research on how to strengthenthe internal control mechanism of Rural Commercial Bank and risk management, hasgood practical significance.This paper researched through theoretical and practical study, at the same timecombined case study method. The fourth par put forward ideasand measures improving the corporate governance structure and establishing acomprehensive risk management internal control mechanism to improve the internalcontrol mechanism of Rural Commercial Bank of A city. The ideas and measuresrealized the controllable risk and sustainable development from strict internal controlmechanism and prudential compliance management.
