| At present,China’s economy is developing rapidly,and the financial sector,as the cornerstone of economic development,is also continuously expanding its own development space.With economic,technological and financial markets going towards liberalization,innovation and integration,the risks of commercial banks are becoming more and more diversified,structured and complicated.Therefore,China has issued policies to strengthen the bank’s prevention of risks and to a certain extent to ensure the safety and stability of the banking system.The rural commercial bank is a grass-roots financial institution rooted in the rural areas.It plays a very important role in the current rural economic system of our country,and plays an important role in supporting the construction of agriculture,rural areas and the development of small and micro enterprises.At present,China’s urbanization level is still not high,which also determines the proportion of rural economy in China’s overall economy.Rural commercial banks have obvious advantages over other banks in promoting the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and enhancing the financing ability of small and micro enterprises.Therefore,it is particularly important and urgent to accelerate the construction and improvement of the internal control system of rural commercial banks.This paper is divided into six parts,and a rural commercial bank as the object of analysis.The first part introduces the research background and significance,research methods,domestic and foreign research status,the second part is the theory review,including the development of internal control system and Commercial Bank internal control theory;The third part is to describe the current situation of the internal control of a rural commercial bank,explain the current situation of the internal control of a rural commercial bank from the five elements of internal control;Combining with the actual situation of a rural commercial bank,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in internal control,and in the fifth part,puts forward some measures to improve the current situation of internal control of a rural commercial bank.The last part is the conclusion and prospect. |
