Research On Risk Control Management Of Wuxi Rural Commercial Bank

China's commercial banks,especially the rural commercial banks are currently facing the global economic downturn and the banking industry is in the increasingly fierce competition environment.External supervision is becoming stricter,which puts forward higher requirements for the internal control of commercial banks.Particularly the Internet banking subverts the existing rules of the banking industry.It greatly promotes the financial innovation,but also brings a higher operational risk of China's rural commercial banks.How to improve the management level of internal control and effectively deal with the multiple risks in the market environment is a major problem that the rural commercial banks have to face.As a new stock of rural commercial bank,the basic framework of Wuxi rural commercial bank's internal control has formed initially in recent years.But facing the more complex macro economy,the increasingly fierce competition,more stringent prudential regulatory policies,it still need to study internal risk control.Especially the Wuxi rural commercial bank is the first A shares on the main board of IPO,so it will face more stringent market regulation and supervision,such as improved capital adequacy requirements,higher market operation risk and so on.How to strengthen the construction of the internal control system and to enhance the core competitiveness is the important practical problem Wuxi rural commercial bank has to face.In this paper,combining with the existing internal control and risk management related literature,the internal risk control management of Wuxi rural commercial banks is analyzed in detail.This paper discusses the following ideas of Wuxi rural commercial bank internal risk control management: the first chapter is the introduction,introduces the research background,research significance,research framework and research status at home and abroad.The second chapter is an overview of the theory of internal control of commercial banks.The meaning and theory of internal control of commercial banks,and the development of internal control norms are summarized and analyzed in this chapter.The third chapter is the analysis of the complete internal control system of commercial banks.Starting from the goal of internal control of commercial banks in China,combines the particularity of banking risk from the internal environment,risk assessment,control activities,information and communication and supervision,these five elements to analysis how to build a complete internal control system.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the risk control of the status of Wuxi rural commercial bank.Through the analysis of various risks Wuxi rural commercial bank is facing,and reference to the complete internal control system of commercial banks,the author finds out the deficiency of Wuxi rural commercial bank in the internal control system.The fifth chapter contains proposals of the construction of Wuxi rural commercial bank internal control system.With the goal of efficient risk management,and the method of internal control,combining with the previous analysis,the author finally puts forward a variety of feasible suggestions to improve the internal control management system.The sixth chapter includes the conclusion and prospect of this paper,further to summarize the risk management status of Wuxi rural commercial bank.In this paper,the author analyzes Wuxi rural commercial bank risk control system in order to improve the risk control system of Wuxi rural commercial banks on theoretical basis.At the same time,it also recovers the lack of current research on risk management of the rural commercial banks,and makes a reference for the rural commercial bank to enhance the level of internal management to avoid market risks in the increasingly fierce competition in the financial market.
