In recent years, along with our country’s information construction, IT projectssuccessfully applied in the enterprise management, brought new vigor to theenterprise, improve the enterprise management and economic benefits. However, forIT project personnel performance appraisal has been used for mass appraisal methodand characteristics of IT project from which the guide role is limited, does not favorthe project staff enthusiasm, initiative to develop. Therefore, based on competenciescharacteristics of IT project personnel performance appraisal system, for thelong-term development of the enterprise and economic benefits of ascension is ofgreat significance.Paper is divided into six parts: the first part elaborated the paper researchbackground and significance, the purpose of the research papers and methods; Thesecond part introduces the present situation of the research, reviews the concept ofperformance, performance management and performance appraisal purpose andprinciple, analyzes several commonly used performance appraisal methods andrelevant incentive theory; The third part of JL company existing staff performanceevaluation are described, some existing problems and the reasons are analyzed; Thefourth part constructs the IT project personnel performance appraisal scheme, JLcompany formed by job number, quality, schedule, labor discipline and safety gradefive indicators of performance evaluation index system; Project name from thespecification work, establishing the project man-hour quota database to obtain,develop performance appraisal implementation rules; By the self-assessment andcompetent leadership audit score of employees with the combination of evaluationmethods; The fifth part from the support of senior leadership and management ofhuman resources department, dynamic adjustment, training and motivating fiveaspects proposed JL company IT project personnel performance appraisal planimplementation safeguard measures; Finally, this research summarizes and putsforward the research of the deficiencies and future research prospects.The focus of this study was quantified by building IT project personnel performance appraisal plan, complement JL company in the IT project staffperformance management work.
