Performance appraisal is the core of human resource management in modern enterprises,and it is also an important component of enterprise management.Although distribution and production personnel belong to the grass-roots level among various types of personnel in an enterprise,they play an indispensable role in the survival and development of the enterprise.When there is a serious shortage of frontline employees in an enterprise,it can lead to delayed production,reduced efficiency,and even bankruptcy.A scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system can greatly improve the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,stabilize the workforce,and achieve the production goals and overall strategic objectives of the enterprise.On the basis of in-depth research on performance evaluation theory,this thesis takes A company’s factory building pile foundation construction project as the research object.Based on theories such as fairness theory,comprehensive incentives,and dual factor performance,a combination of balanced scorecard,target management,key performance indicators,and 360 degree assessment is used,and literature analysis and other research methods are used to study the current performance evaluation status of personnel allocated for A company’s factory building pile foundation construction project.Based on the theory of performance evaluation system,the current situation of performance evaluation for the supply personnel of A company’s factory pile foundation construction project was analyzed.Subsequently,the existing problems and reasons were explored,and some conclusions were drawn that were not applicable to performance evaluation in use.Analyze the problems in the performance evaluation of personnel in the A company factory pile foundation construction project,optimize the performance evaluation plan for grassroots employees,eliminate the drawbacks of employee performance evaluation to the greatest extent,improve the incentive mechanism,and promote the improvement of the performance evaluation level of personnel in the A company factory pile foundation construction project.The ultimate goal is to increase the competitive advantage of the enterprise,enhance its vitality,and assist in the stable and sustainable development of the enterprise.The research results have positive practical application value for the pile foundation construction project of Company A’s factory building,aiming to effectively improve the efficiency and performance level of production line supply personnel through the redesign of production line supply personnel.This has certain reference value for the performance evaluation of employees committed to diversified development.At the same time,we also hope to provide a train of thought and method for performance evaluation of similar projects in the company for reference. |
