Research And Application On Humanistic Management Mode Of One Hydropower Enterprise

In the context of economic globalization, knowledge has become an importantelement to decide the survival and development of the enterprise in social and economicform. As carriers of intelligence and knowledge, people’s importance is gradually paidextensive attention. So how to respect talents and how to make full use of talents to playand use the hidden knowledge and intelligence fully has become common focus ofacademia and the business community. Humanistic management is a people-centeredscientific management method that giving full play to the initiative of humanity andinnovative spirit. Therefore, humanistic management will become an importantmanagement mode of modern enterprise gradually. The main research content is asfollows.As being in a critical period of transformation and upgrading, a hydroelectricenterprise put forward higher requirements on capital, innovation, management. Basedon this, the paper carried out the research and application to the humanistic managementmode for the enterprise. The paper proposes the design process of humanisticmanagement for the enterprise based on DMADV and analyzes the main work andresearch content of each phase. Then gives the application steps of humanisticmanagement mode and analyses the application effect.Firstly, based on the conclusion of humanistic management research status at homeand abroad, the paper proposed the purpose and significance of the study and analyzedthe research content, research methods and innovation.Secondly, the paper analyzed the necessity of a hydroelectric enterprise toimplement humanistic management. Then the framework of humanistic managementmodel is proposed by combining with the normal course of humanistic management toprovide the support and technical guidance for the follow-up work.Thirdly, analyze the feasibility of DMADVin the application of humanisticmanagement. The paper established the design process of humanistic managementbased on DMADV. And then analyzed the main content and technology, methods ofevery stage and put forward a mode for a hydropower enterprise.Finally, the above research results was applied in the hydropower enterprise. Thenthe paper verified the effectiveness and feasibility of this study by analyzing the application effect.
