The Supply And Demand Coupled Coordination Mechanism And Balance Mechanism Building Research Of Tourism Public Service

With popularization and industrialization development of tourism, tourists pay moreattention to the autonomy, flexibility and diversity of tourism activities, tourism publicservice has become an important issue for people to study. In recent years, thedevelopment of tourism public services in China compared with the increasing tourismpublic demand, also there is a big gap, such as tourism public service supply insufficiency,the overall structure is not reasonable, the quality is generally not high. Looking for thesupply and demand of tourism public service coupled coordination mechanism,investigating the equilibrium mechanism of tourism public service, is the positive value ofscientific proposition which related to achieve the goal of tourism consumers’ happinessand social justice.First of all, this paper introduces the research status at home and abroad and the basicconcept, defines the connotation of the tourism public service and the coupling, thenselects supply and demand theory, public product theory, governance theory, the CAStheory as the theoretical basis.Secondly, on the whole coupling system of the tourism public service supply anddemand has carried on the thorough analysis in detail, including the connotation,architecture, constitute the main body of the coupling system of tourism public servicesupply and demand, describes the supply and demand two subsystems coupling processand way, and points out that the coupling system of supply and demand for thedevelopment of tourism public service has a positive role in promoting.Again, through the establishment of coupling coordination degree model, selectingevaluation index of10samples of15cities in tourism public service supply and demandof coupling coordination degree analysis and calculation. Analysis at present the supplyand demand level of our country tourism public service remains to be further improved,the coupling coordination degree between supply and demand has not reached a higherlevel of coordination state, as well as later pointed out the direction of equalizationmechanism construction of the tourism public service. Finally, put forward the corresponding mode of tourism public service equalization,and puts forward the corresponding equilibrium strategies from four aspects, in order toprovide new ideas for research and practice with a view to the future of tourism publicservice, to realize the balanced development of tourism public services.
