The Research On The Information-based Supervision Of Drug Safety

The study purpose of this paper is to propose improvement measures to provide reference forthe improvement of information–based supervision of drug safety by taking Beilun District ofNingbo city as an example. The study is based on the analysis of practice, achievements andexisting problems of information–based supervision of drug safety together with some relatedtheories and advanced practice of developed countries and domestic developed areas. The subjectof this paper is at the forefront of theoretical research in our country which has certain theoreticaland practical significance. It is to guide the study of information-based supervision of drug studyby using theories of new public management, e-government, seamless government and publicparticipation etc. to provide a new theoretical basis and support for information–based supervisionpractice. At the same time, it also provides new ideas for improvement and innovation ofinformation-based supervision of drug safety, by integrating theory with practice, problemanalyzing and solving. This thesis mainly uses the method of literature research combined withcomparative research, theoretical analysis combined with empirical analysis, and systematicanalysis combined with normative analysis. The paper can be divided into five parts as shownbelow.The first part of this paper outlines the theories of the subject including the connotation ofinformation-based supervision of drug safety, the necessity and feasibility of implementation inChina, involving public administration theories such as new public management, e-government, public participation, seamless government etc. to lay the theoretical foundation for thelater study.The second part of the paper describes the current status of information-based supervision ofdrug safety in china. Firstly, it introduces the typical practices of information-based supervision ofdrug safety in China; secondly, it summarizes the achievements of it; thirdly, it points out theproblems to be solved, to provide research basis for later proposed solutions at a macro level.The third part of this paper introduces the situation of information-based supervision ofdrug safety in developed countries, by selecting the United States, European Union, South Korea and Germany as representatives, and it also expounds the enlightenment of advanced experiencefrom developed countries to China.In the fourth part, the paper specifically elaborates the background and master plan,main types and application status, application results and problems to be solved, which laysresearch basis for later proposed solutions at a micro level by taking information-based supervisionof drug safety in Beilun District of Ningbo city as a case study.The fifth part of this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve information-basedsupervision of drug safety, specifically including adhering to the idea of new publicmanagement as the guiding ideology, setting goal for information-based supervision ofdrug safety, confirming basic principles, specific ideas for the improvement and four relationshipsto be handled with.
