With social progress and technological development, the private company’s assets and profitscontinued to improve, however, raise the level of wealth of private enterprises to stimulate themarginal effect of wealth gradually reduced, resulting in employees working in private enterprisesto pursue happiness rising, employees of private enterprises attach great importance to happinesslevels start problem. Following the industrial revolution and the subsequent management of theproductivity revolution revolutionary era, people management and the heart of the managementideas requires organizations value their personal values, depending on the staff as an importantresource. Therefore, managers of private enterprises should gradually from the perspective ofhappiness own management model to enhance the well-being of employees’ career paths andstrategies, so that employees of private enterprises to better enhance the work efficiency and betteradapted to the new requirements of corporate governance now keep private enterprises everlasting.This paper selected private enterprises employees in Ningbo City, based on the impact ofoccupational well-being from a number of factors begin to explore how different factors affect theemployee’s job performance. The text used in empirical research methods, based on businessmanagement practices, comprehensive reading of the literature, by setting affect career happinessfive factors as independent variables, job performance measurement factors as the dependentvariable, and the introduction of staff gender, type of industry, work experience, position levelsaffect career happiness as control variables, the study of the relationship between variables makeassumptions, and then hypotheses, and the results of the study are discussed.and finally through theanalysis of research findings, the happiness of employees of private enterprises to improvemanagement of specific recommendations. Private enterprise through the existing managementsystems to improve incentives and to improve employees’ occupational well-being, so as to achievelong-term role in enhancing job performance, the real heart of the ultimate goal of management.
