| In today’s society,the research of employee’s job happiness has become a key research issue in the direction of human resources.Many scholars regard happiness as a key indicator to measure social and economic development.However,simply emphasizing work happiness is also insufficient.If the improvement of work happiness cannot lead to the improvement of work performance,it will lose the far-reaching significance of survival and development for both the enterprise and the individual employees.The wealth management industry faces the high volatility of the capital market,and the risks and pressures to be borne by employees are different in the industry and have their own particularity.In wealth management financial institutions,is there any particularity in employees’ work happiness and performance? Is there any effect on improving their job happiness and job performance? If so,what are the characteristics and patterns between them? Based on this,this thesis takes constant day wealth management companies(hereinafter referred to as "constant days")for the analysis of actual object,with the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,explore the wealth management business link between employee job performance and its happiness,study the contact intrinsic characteristics,to improve the enterprise management performance has important practical significance.This study consists of seven parts.The first chapter is the introduction.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research background and significance at home and abroad,this chapter expounds the research content,research methods,research framework,and the characteristics and shortcomings of the thesis.The second chapter is the performance characteristics of "Hengtian" employees’ job happiness and job performance.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis of concept definition.The fourth chapter is about the actual situation of "Hengtian" research design and will be used in the research method screening and questionnaire design.The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis after the collection of "Hengtian" questionnaire.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion.This chapter summarizes the research connotation of the article,and gives targeted views and opinions.The fourth and fifth chapters are the core content of this thesis.Through the research of "Hengtian",the author uses the statistical analysis method to deeply analyze the internal relationship between employee’s work performance and job happiness,analyzes its potential conflicts and problems,and gives targeted views and suggestions.According to the research,we found that the wealth management,staff well-being on each dimension has a positive effect on job performance obviously,through survey analysis,the quantitative effects on job performance factors in the work get happiness,this proposed efficient training system,improve the ability of enterprise recruitment,optimize the system of employees to optimize performance of countermeasures and Suggestions.According to the analysis,we believe that although the study on the relationship between employee happiness and job performance is only based on the case of "Hengtian",it is still of general and guiding significance for wealth management financial institutions.The characteristics of the thesis are as follows.First,the research perspective is innovative.Because of different industries and different work units,the relationship between employees’ job happiness and their performance is obviously different.Based on the particularity of work in wealth management enterprises,this thesis takes the specific situation of Hengtian wealth management as the analysis object to explore the relationship between work happiness and enterprise performance,which is of strong pertinence and practical significance for employees in wealth management enterprises to improve their work happiness and obtain better work performance.Second,the authors of the thesis in the analysis of the choice of thinking,with the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,work in a clear relationship between happiness and performance,on the basis of analysis on the wealth management industry,staff well-being influence on job performance,and find out the existing problems and discusses how to solve the problem,for constant day wealth management and even the entire industry,It is of certain guiding significance to improve employees’ work happiness and work performance.The weakness lies in the fact that the questionnaire design only adopts the transverse section questionnaire unilaterally,instead of the longitudinal section questionnaire,which may lead to the lack of research dimension. |
