When China s economy is shining the other parts of the world, the Chineseshould look back to study the history of their economic progress to find out what canwe lerarn from and what we should give up. From the late times of lastcentury, industrial economics has learned much from regional science andevolutionary theory. It has made much progress to itself and revealed the facts abouteconomic growth which helps people about their policy makeup and their decisions. The clustering of industry has told a woderful story about China·s regionalgrowth. For example the eastsouthern part of China has made much progress only inless than10years.Whats behind the scene we·ve not known yet really. So that·s whatthis paper is going to talk about.Firstly, the article looks back the theory people have accomplished on industrialcluster, and find what·s worth studying once more and what should be inheritied.Bystudying the evolutionary behavior of industrial clusters,we can better understandwhats going on with the cluster and what we can do about it. Secondly, from theview of complex network, the indusrial cluster is easier to be seen through due to itscomplexity and network instrucure. In this article, this paper introduced complexnetwork into industrial network, and look into its structure and behavior. From theinner part of the industrial cluster,we can name five mechanism which are the mostsignificant during its evolution. The evolution can be divided into four periodswhich could cover the whole life circle of industrial cluster.Based on previous studyabout the evolution, this paper chose the BBV directed and weighted network modelto simulate the revolution and found out more details about it.Combined with thefacts about problems of industrial cluster, the model was testfied. Furthermore, thispaper puts forward suggestions to improve the regional innovative ability bycombining with the empirical results and related experience.
