In the process of survival and development, Enterprise should continue toactively carry out reforms in accordance with changes in the external environment.Military enterprise has a dual mission: the need to ensure national defense and armybuilding and promote and stimulate economic development. It has become a majorissue facing the country and the various military enterprises how in the nationalpolicy guidance and support to complete their reforms, rapid healthy development.This article do a more in-depth research on military enterprise organizationalchange processes based on reengineering theory and other theories and methods,aims to summarize the basic process of military enterprises made organizationalchanges, to provide an operational method that can be implemented for the militaryenterprises change the development mode, optimizing organizational structure.This paper defines the concept of military enterprises, analyzes thecharacteristics of military products and the characteristics of production andoperations of military enterprises, describes and analyzes the reengineering andrelated theories, designed the research framework for military enterpriseorganizational change.This paper compared five common reengineering modes, and designed asix-stage progressive process of organizational change for military enterprises, anddescribed using the procedure in detail, does a case study on the military enterpriseorganizational change.The process of military enterprise organizational change by summarized andpresented, can be applied directly related to military enterprises, has a certain value.
