The Enterprises must transform its economic growthmode, They must transforme themselves. In the process of transformation, in order toreduce the risk of rebuilding its core competencies and thus transition costs, Theycompanies not only have the demand to transfer its existing knowledge, but also theaccess to knowledge from outside. It directly determines the effectiveness ofenterprise transformation whether these old and new knowledge acquired by theenterprise transformed successfully.This paper is sponsored by a National Social Science Fund project“Research onthe knowledge transfer modal and its application under business transformationprocess”.it focuses on the transferred enterprises. the research about the risk ofknowledge transfered enterprises in its process of transforming is multi-level andsystematic. the mainly research work is:Firstly, give definations to the word " enterprises transformation, knowledge andknowledge transfer risk" on the basis of literature research, and come up with asummarize to the previous research achievements.afterward,take enterprisestransformation as the background, analysis the characteristics and formationmechanisms of knowledge transfer risk while in the process of transformation;Eventually filter out the incentive risk factors of knowledge transfer.Secondly, According to the risk factors have been extracted, with the aid ofmethods:Expert questionnaire, Statistical analysis to build a final risk evaluationindex system(including Knowledge damaged risk, knowledge loss risk, knowledgetransfer Delayed risk, knowledge leakaged risk, intellectual property risks and thebrain drain risk of six categories22subcategories indicators). Subsequently, with the help of Expert Scoring method and Fuzzy Synthetically Evaluating method toassessment the degree of knowledge transfer risk in the instance firm, and draw validconclusions.Thirdly, take the result of the risk assessment of the instance firm as anexample,then put forword the risk prevention and control strategies for knowledgetransfered enterprises. in order to provide a reference for the transformation ofenterprise knowledge transfer based on risk assessment.The innovation in this article is it combined enterprises transformation withknowledge transfer, and studied knowledge transfer risk in the process of enterprisestransformation, Limited to my study level, there are still many inadequacies in thisresearch, But it still can provide a reference for future researchers.
