In recent years, with the fast development of information networktechnology and the globalization of world economy, the increasingly fiercecompetitive business environment has led to changes in the industrialstructure, and it requires companies to react quickly. When enterprises aredeveloping to a certain extent, they find the industry which they are in hasbeen unable to provide sufficient room for development. And it is necessaryfor them to select an appropriate time for the transformation and upgrading. Inthe transition process, enterprises effectively transfer the original industryknowledge, especially tacit knowledge to the new industry which they prefer.It will be able to realize their own rapid transformation and upgrading,thereby reducing the cost of transformation.Firstly, research to the important factors in the business transformationprocess of knowledge transfer, and delve into the knowledge transfercharacteristics of different types of enterprises in transition and describe theirown development path technology, then focus on the four mechanisms whichneed to pay special attention to of the knowledge transfer process and pointout that, through the establishment of these four mechanisms and combinationcan effectively promote the efficient of knowledge transfer, and further buildthe knowledge transfer process model. Secondly, take system analysis to thecore knowledge transfer processes, and use complex system named Petri net tomodel the core processes, then take specific analysis on the three levels of theperformance of the state space, dynamic performance and correctness. Finally,the introduction of a successful transformation case is discussed.For the enterprises which are in the environment of industrial restructuring,to maintain a sustained competitive advantage for enterprises in the context ofindustrial restructuring, analysis of transfer features, mechanisms, and eachpart of the core process stages of the transformation of enterprise knowledge,not only provide important theoretical significance, but also help to enhance the ability to mine and obtain useful knowledge, and use the full range ofknowledge resources, thereby reducing the cost of transformation. In addition,the analysis has general knowledge transfer core processes, have a universalreference for the different types of enterprise transformation, and willimprove the ability to manage knowledge of the enterprises.
