Research On The Damping Mechanism In Knowledge Transfer Process Of Transformation Enterprise

With the continuous development of economic globalization and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure, enterprise transformation has become an important way for enterprises to seek sustainable development. Enterprise transformation is the fullest use of the enterprise’s internal resources, or to adapt to the external environment changes, and change the strategic behavior of the enterprise economic growth mode. In this behavior, the resources and ability in the process of enterprise transformation, through the identification, acquisition,storage, integration, and application process, as a special form of knowledge, realize its transfer in the process of transformation, that is, the transfer of knowledge. At the same time,the enterprise transformation process is in a state of continuous fluctuation, internal organization and external environment for continuous information transformation, therefore,the key to the successful transformation of enterprises is to control the stability of the system and reduce the volatility of the oscillation effect. Therefore, it can be concluded that the key to the successful implementation of enterprise transformation is to improve the stability of the process of knowledge transfer and realize the maximization of the efficiency of knowledge transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out effective analysis and reasonable control of the transformation of enterprise knowledge transfer system.Based on the key to the success of enterprise transformation is to reduce the degree of oscillation in the process of knowledge transfer, this paper, from the perspective of improving the efficiency of knowledge transfer, analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of knowledge transfer in transition enterprises, and extracts the damping factor which has a damping effect. At the same time, according to the analysis of the damping factor, and according to the reasonable verification of the damping factor, it puts forward the countermeasures and measures of the transformation of enterprise knowledge transfer system,so as to establish the macro damping mechanism of knowledge transfer of enterprises.Firstly, this paper analyzes the reasons for the transformation of enterprise knowledge transfer. At the same time, based on the concept of enterprise transformation, the process model of knowledge transfer in enterprises is analyzed, and the influencing factors of knowledge transfer efficiency are analyzed. Secondly, in order to reduce the fluctuation effectof knowledge transfer and improve the stability of the system, the damping factor of the transformation enterprise knowledge transfer system is needed, and to construct the index system of damping factor, by collecting index factors and carried on the theoretical analysis of32 indicators of primary, then use Delphi method, combined with information entropy principle from the primary index in screening that 22 indicators, in through the fishbone diagram method and hidden Markov model to the analysis, ultimately come to affect the transformation of enterprise knowledge transfer efficiency of six damping factor; Then, on the basis of the research object and purpose, the network model of knowledge transfer system is built, and simulation analysis is carried out to verify the effect of the knowledge transfer efficiency; Finally, based on the above theoretical research and analysis, for each damping factor, based on different perspectives to put forward countermeasures for the transformation of enterprises, to build the transformation of knowledge transfer of enterprise macro damping mechanism. At the same time, the Internet transformation of China Merchants Bank is analyzed, which proves that the damping factor in the transformation and upgrading of China Merchants Bank does exist, but also confirmed that the damping mechanism of the paper is necessary to guide the transformation of the Internet.
