Analysis Of Knowledge Transfer Under The Background Of Digital Transformation

With the development of the third technological revolution and global economic integration,the productive forces have developed rapidly,and the production mode has also undergone tremendous changes.Leading enterprises and innovation companies in various industries have strong financial strength and core scientific research and innovation capabilities,which have become an important driving force for enterprise development,and then have the conditions to take the lead in digital transformation.Enterprises with successful digital transformation externalize their internal expertise,summarize solutions for various business scenarios,and provide digital expertise,products and professional knowledge services,which play a key role in optimizing the efficiency of various business and production links and reducing costs.Digital tools and solutions facilitate the digital transformation of enterprises.Based on the current situation,this study mainly focuses on the two aspects--digital transformation and knowledge transfer,trying to analyze the knowledge transfer process under the background of digital transformation and uncover the black box of knowledge transfer process.Firstly,based on the research background,this paper comprehensively organizes and summarizes the relevant literature of digital transformation and knowledge transfer,so that to determine the research content and research methods of this study.Secondly,by analyzing the knowledge participants,the types and specific manifestations and factors involved in knowledge transfer in the context of digital transformation,this study creatively puts forward a conceptual model of knowledge transfer process in the context of digital transformation,and reveals the three major stages and specific contents involved in the knowledge transfer process in the context of digital transformation.Finally,this paper uses the research method of System Dynamics to analyze the knowledge transfer process and the knowledge transfer system environment under the background of digital transformation,extract the main variables involved in the system model,construct the system model and design equation for the knowledge transfer in the context of digital and general context,and simulate and analyze it.The significance and innovation of this study include:(1)Although there have many research results in the fields of "digital transformation" and "knowledge transfer",few scholars have combined two of them as research content.The analysis of knowledge transfer in the context of digital transformation in this study is a supplement to the discussion and research of knowledge transfer in specific contexts,and provides a new perspective for the research of knowledge transfer.(2)With the help of the research method--System Dynamics,this study constructs a dynamic model of knowledge transfer system under the background of digital transformation,simulates knowledge transfer,which is a new attempt to apply system dynamics research in knowledge transfer activities,and gives suggestions for enterprises to carry out digital transformation,which has certain reference significance for enterprises to carry out digital transformation.The main findings of this study are as follows:(1)Digital transformation and knowledge transfer are mutually reinforcing.The process of digital transformation involves three major links:identification of business pain points,application of digital products and services,and process transformation of business links,and the corresponding knowledge transfer process is the identification and selection of knowledge resources,the use of knowledge resources,and the iterative update of knowledge resources;(2)The knowledge transfer process in the context of digital transformation covers three stages:the initial stage,the intermediate stage,and the sublimation stage;(3)The research methods of system dynamics effectively clarify the knowledge transfer process under the background of digital transformation;(4)Through model simulation,it is found that,overall,the knowledge stock of the knowledge output party(S)and the knowledge receiver(R)increases over time,indicating that knowledge is effectively transferred;under the background of digital transformation,the knowledge stock and innovation of the knowledge output party and the knowledge receiver,and the amount of knowledge transfer between the two parties are much larger Knowledge transfer activities in the general context,indicating that knowledge transfer in the context of digital transformation is more effective...
