The Research On The Knowledge Transfer Model And Strategy Of Transformation Bussiness

Business transformation not only is the microscopic behavior oftransformation business under the conditons of macroeconomic structuraladjustment, but also is an adaptive and adjustment of itself with the internaland external environment changes, which’s purpose is to improve thecompetitiveness of business. The purpose, studying on the knowledge transfermodel and strategy of transformation business, is to find the knowledgetransfer rules, intrinsic causes and coping strategies of transformationbusiness, will also provide some positive references for the knowledgetransfer theory about business transformation and for the practice of businesstransformation.The research content and method in this paper as follows, first of all, thepaper, with the literature research method, inductive method and relatedresearch analysis, hierarchically summarized the main aspects related to theexisting research, defined the concept of the research object, classifies itstypes, analyzed its influencing factors; secondly, using the theory ofconstruction model, system dynamics and the Vensim simulation method,established the model of knowledge transfer of transformation business basedon having the knowledge innovation or no, through the two models parameterssetting, the approximate simulation of transformation business knowledgetransfer process, and summarized the two kinds of model’s conclusions andrecommendations; finally, to use the reasoning, evolution game theory andthe method of Matlab simulation, through the establishment of transformationstrategy theory model of knowledge transfer, got all kinds of game strategiesaccording the different equilibrium strategies in the game. In addition,through the related parameters setting, simulation of the evolution of theequilibrium points, drew the corresponding strategy suggestion on the basis ofthe evolution game strategy. The dynamic change of transformation business is strong and itstransformation purpose is clear, but the knowledge transfer of transformationbusiness follows the basic principles of general knowledge transfer. In thisstudy, the researching target of the knowledge transfer of transformationbusiness is aim to explore and develop the unknown field of knowledgetransfer, which is only an attempt to start. The main conclusions can besummarized into three aspects as follows:First, the main factors affecting the transition threshold of knowledgetransfer is the knowledge stock of initial stage and the knowledge innovationability of transformation business. The transformation business should,according the type of transformation business, take corresponding strategiesof knowledge transfer.Second, the external cause of knowledge transfer of transformationbusiness is the impact of potential difference and circumstance of knowledgetransfer, but the inner power to promote the knowledge transfer oftransformation business is derived from the it’s own knowledge inventory andknowledge innovation ability. It is very important to strengthen the capacityof knowledge innovation for controlling the direction of knowledge transfer inlater period.Third, there is the game equilibrium point of interest in the process ofknowledge transfer of transformation business.
