In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is productivity and the carrier ofknowledge——knowledge talents play a key role in the Organization. Uncertainty isan important characteristic of knowledge talents and knowledge talents uncertainty isself-evident to the challenge of human resources management. In knowledgeintensive conditions, knowledge talents uncertainty has become the research focus oforganizational environmental uncertainty. Research on knowledge talents uncertaintyis an urgent request for the practice of organizational knowledge talentsmanagement, which is of theoretical significance to the systematic study onknowledge talents management. In view of these, based on systematically andcomprehensively analyzing the knowledge talents, uncertainty and knowledge talentsuncertainty, this study can be summarized as the following three aspects:(1) Through the review of uncertainty in the field-related research, this articleputs forward the connotation of knowledge talents uncertainty, constructs model toanalyze the source of knowledge talents uncertainty, categorizes knowledge talentsuncertainty, uses entropy theory measure knowledge talents uncertainty and proposesits coping ideas based on hexie management theory.(2) On the basis of research results at home and abroad, select elements relatedto knowledge talents uncertainty as variables in management activities, then usecorrelation analysis and variance analysis to empirically analyze the relevantvariables, the control variables of knowledge talents uncertainty. The results showthat social environment, organizational commitment and job performance have asignificant positive correlation with knowledge talents uncertainty. The knowledgetalents uncertainty changes with age, marital status, education, work experience,income differences. At last the management implications for knowledge talentsuncertainty are proposed.(3) By constructing evaluation index system of knowledge talents uncertainty, afuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward. Then an example is given to verify the validity of the method. Based on the two two related three first indexes ofhuman variability,labor complexity and Environment prediction,construct thestructure equation model and verify the evaluation path,use path coefficient tocalculate the weights of secondary indexes,combine the expert evaluation method todetermine the weights of first indexes and comprehensively evaluating. According tothe evaluation results,delineate the uncertainty level and corresponding managementstrategies. Finally, calculate and compare the sizes of knowledge talents uncertaintyunder different classification of individual properties.
