Zhongshan is one of the economic centers in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdongprovince. After1990’s, With the expanding of the market scale and the improvement ofpeople’s living standard, The rapid development of the food production and processingenterprises effectively meet the people’s growing demand for rich food and promote theeconomic development of Zhongshan. A comprehensive analysis of the existence ofZhongshan production and processing link food safety management problems, combined withthe regional characteristics of the current legal framework and the city of Zhongshan, thefeasible suggestions and measures on the supervision system of government level, building along-term mechanism for food safety regulatory process, to further enhance the level of foodquality and safety in this area is of great significance. As the theoretical foundation of this research, analyzes the necessity of supervisioninnovation causes and government food safety; the third chapter, the present situation ofZhongshan city food production and processing link food safety.
