Research On Poverty Alleviation Project Of Administration Of Quality And Technology Supervision Of Guangdong Province

As poverty alleviation being a world-wide challenge, it’s also a problem that must beresolved in the process of China’s economy development. This article analyzes the currentsituation of poverty alleviation domestic and overseas with the first-round poverty alleviationof Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Guangdong Province as anexample. We have realized and researched four major problems therein by conductingliterature review, field research and case study. Those problems include low degree ofparticipation of the impoverished families, insignificant usage of funds, hysteretic schedule ofthe alleviation programs as well as considerable difficulty of poverty alleviationindustrialization. We have also found out the four causes. First, the subjects involved inpoverty alleviation have deviated positions. The second is poverty and improper use ofefficient capital allocation. The third is the hardware and software constraints and the wholevillage location and planning lags. The fourth is poverty industrialization projects being outof touch with the reality.Through our analysis, the results for the second round of the council’s recommendationsto improve the work of poverty alleviation and development advice are: First, the theoryinvolved in introducing and promoting full participation of poor households. The second is tooptimize the allocation of funds to ensure that benefit of the funds can be maximized. Thethird is to strengthen the overall planning to ensure that the whole village poverty alleviationeffect. Fourth, pay attention to local conditions, and to promote poverty alleviationindustrialization projects.At the same time, a clear focus on work arrangements include: First, to establish a clearpositioning and build Changxin Village rural leisure tourism. The second is a careful plan toaccelerate the pace of poverty alleviation in Changxin Village. Third, strengthen security,poverty alleviation and lay a solid foundation for the village.
