In the development of the social informationization background, are the three majortelecom operators in China has completed the transformation from the basictelecommunication operator to integrated information service provider, which integratedinformation service enterprise customers (referred to as ICT) is the most important businessoperators in transition of. Compared with the traditional business operators, in the face ofgovernment enterprise customer’s ICT business more complex, operators need to change thetraditional business model and business model, and with the communication industry (CT)and information industry (IT) further integration, this transformation takes the evolution is notbroken.ZT company is one of the Professional Company telecom operators to providecomprehensive information services industry and the establishment of the enterprisecustomers, this paper based on competitive strategy, combined with my10years ofexperience in telecom operators, and refer to a large number of relevant data, the competitivestrategy of ZT company in the operator ICT of the market and thorough research.5part of thearticle from the following points: the first part of the article, firstly introduces the backgroundof this study and research significance, and elaborated the theory and development ofcompetitive strategy, the paper illustrates the research ideas, research methods and researchframework; the second part of the article, not from the development process of ZT company isfacing the external the environment of macro environment, market environment analysis, andusing the five forces model analysis operator ICT industry’s new entrants, the existingindustry competitors, substitute products, customer and supplier for a supply of sth. capacityin five kinds of competitiveness, to understand the status of ICT industry and the competitionstructure of the industry, the existing opportunities and threats; article the third part, analyzesthe ZT company’s internal resources and capabilities, using value chain analysis method toidentify the core competitiveness of enterprises, determine the strengths and weaknesses ofZT company; the fourth part of the article, analysis matrix is proposed for ZT company shouldestablish the differentiation strategy using the idea of SWOT, then according to the actualsituation of enterprises to determine the ZT company competitive differentiation strategy; thefifth part of the article, points out ZT company from the product, service, camp Four aspectsof marketing and technology innovation, implementing the difference strategy, at the sametime can be three aspects to improve the marketing management, optimize the human resource and the formation of strategic alliances to ensure the smooth implementation ofdifferentiation strategy, which ZT company can respond quickly to changes in operator ICTmarket, give full play to the ZT company core competitiveness, realize the strategic the goalof ZT company.In this paper, through the study on the competitive strategy of ZT company, provides thereference for the ZT company to formulate the development strategy for the future, to providea reference for telecom operators to other subsidiary strategy formulation, and jointly promotethe telecom operators enterprise transformation, while promoting the development of businessand government information operation enterprises and industries.
