China is a country with frequent natural disasters,in recent years, earthquakes, snowstorms, floods, epidemics and other disastersresulted in many significant losses on people’s lives, property and the socialeconomic environment. Jiangxi Province is one of the most serious province withnatural disasters, which is located in the northern hemisphere mid-latitudes withnatural disasters, coupled with the natural topography and climatic, and it has astrong chain and wide range affection.Frequent sudden disasters brought great threat to the social hinder the positivedevelopment of social economy. How do a country and a region to strive to minimizelosses caused by natural disasters, has become a major research topic of widespreadoutside scholars. Disaster emergency rescue is a complicated systematic project,rescue emergency logistics must initiate to deal with an unexpected natural disaster,establish and improve emergency decision-making and emergency rescue logisticssystem. Therefore, to build rescue logistics system which can quickly achieveemergency response has important practical significance.This article summarizes the related basic theory of disaster rescue, socialdisaster rescue system, the emergency logistics, describes the characteristics ofemergency logistics and the basic technical of Flexsim simulation.After analyzingthe management status of emergency disaster relief logistics and the existingproblems of Jiangxi, building the disaster rescue emergency logistics system ofJiangxi and the Flexsim simulation model of logistics parks for the purpose ofdistribution of disaster relief materials, based on the running of the model, to find theproblems of the logistics business activities operation and traffic route planning, inorder to optimize the management of disaster relief supplies of the logistics park andprovide suggesting support for efficient emergency rescue supplies and logistics distribution. |
