All companies concern human resource more than all material today. How they canabsorb and use human resource effectively become the topic that People more and moreconcern. That requires construction companies must explore a survival way to be adaptto today’s social and economic development as other industries under the background ofthe market-oriented transformation. Changing the ideas that pay attention to the materialresource, having to focus on the efficiency of human resource management anddeployment. Effective human resource management and deployment can improve theteams unity and the overall performance of employees. It also can make the companiesemployees’ structure is stable, promote the rapid of development and enhance the corecompetitiveness. Construction companies have started to focus on efficiency of humanresource management and deployment, but the degree of attention is not enough. And,there are some problems during the performance evaluation of human resourcedeployment, such as the level of performance evaluation subjects is not enough and soon.In view of that, the paper deeply studies on the human deployment theory andperformance evaluation theory. Analyzing the characteristics of the construction siteemployees, human resource deployment and performance evaluation based on that.Analyzing the necessity that current construction companies need to evaluate employingdeployment efficiency with current situation of domestic construction companiesemploying deployment and performance evaluation. Besides, determine theperformance evaluation system through analyze employing deployment factors withliterature and cite research. What’s more, determine index weights with AHP.Evaluating the actual projects with gray correlation method based on AHP. Testing thefeasibility of employing deployment performance evaluation model. Then, evaluatingthe human deployment performance of three actual cases with the method above.Finally, based on the results of investigation and evaluation, gives some advises abouthow to improve the construction site human deployment performance.This paper has established a performance evaluation system about construction sitehuman deployment. Based on that, using the gray correlation method based on AHP toevaluate the efficiency for human deployment. Hoping to provide some reference fortheory and practical application of construction site human deployment performance. Providing services for human resource management in the construction enterprises.Promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.
