Besides, determine theperformance evaluation system through analyze employing deployment factors withliterature and cite research. What’s more, determine index weights with AHP.Evaluating the actual projects with gray correlation method based on AHP. Testing thefeasibility of employing deployment performance evaluation model. Then, evaluatingthe human deployment performance of three actual cases with the method above.Finally, based on the results of investigation and evaluation, gives some advises abouthow to improve the construction site human deployment performance.This paper has established a performance evaluation system about construction sitehuman deployment.
