Modern regional logistics has greatly promoted the development of regional economy. For regional economic system, regional logistics is a major driving force of the system, which affects the development of the regional economy.Meanwhile, the development of regional economy will also lead to the development of regional logistics. In this paper, the grey relational degree,DEA efficiency evaluation method and Tobit model are synthetically used to carry out research in combination with qualitative and quantitative methods.Firstly, starting from the gray relationship between logistics industry and seven national economy industries in Chongqing, such as agriculture, industry and construction industry, this paper analyzes macroscopically the changing relationship between logistics industry and national economy in Chongqing.By selecting the appropriate logistics industry and national economic indicators, this paper evaluates the logistics efficiency of various industries in the national economy in a comprehensive way and finds out the scale and technical efficiency of the logistics industry in serving the development of national economy. Then based on the actual situation of economic development in Chongqing,Tobit model is further used to analyze the key factors that affect the logistics efficiency of various industries in Chongqing and to clarify the precise points and breakthrough points to improve the logistics efficiency in all industries. Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the logistics industry in Chongqing to better serve the national economy and industrial development while enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of its own logistics.First of all,in the first chapter, combining with the specific regional logistics and the regional economic development problem which is studied, the paper reviews and combs the related literature on the research on the industrial relations, regional logistics, logistics efficiency and index selection, based on the research status at home and abroad,to find the shortcomings in the research and further put forward the research questions of this article, and elaborate the research content and research program of this article. Then,in the secondchapter, based on the industrial relevance theory, industrial development theory and comprehensive evaluation theory, considering the efficiency evaluation method and index selection principle, the relevant theoretical foundation of the research are introduced and interpreted. In the third chapter, this paper introduces the current situation of Chongqing logistics industry and national economy industry development in detail, and analyzes the impact of Chongqing logistics industry on the development of national economy industry with the actual situation. In the fourth chapter,we get the macroscopic relationship between logistics industry and national economy based on the gray relational analysis method, and use CCR-DEA and BCC-DEA model to quantitatively evaluate the logistics efficiency in various industries of Chongqing's national economy.By using Tobit Model,we further analyze the factors that affect the logistics efficiency of various national economy industries in Chongqing, and get the regression coefficient. In Chapter 5,according to the analysis results in chapter 4,based on the current situation and future development trend of Chongqing logistics industry and national economy, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote Chongqing logistics industry to better serve the national economy and improve its logistics efficiency. Finally,in chapter 6,this paper lists the research conclusions, points out the deficiencies in the research, and gives a prospect for future research.
