The Study Of The Specialized Farmers Cooperatives’ Management Performance

The main purpose of this study is based on the analysis of the current situation of thespecialized farmers cooperatives of management in China, taking the specialized farmerscooperatives in Suning of Hebei province as samples, useing the method of factor analysisto determine weights of the factors which influence the operation effect, as well as thecombination of the software SPSS17.0to analyze different factors which have influencedthe management. And then giving the advice for those factors and problems. In order toaim at the main theme for the study, I chose the combining normative research andempirical research.First of all, I put forward the research background and significance. And then shownthe shortages of present researches and the meaning of this study, also claimed the maincontent and topics. All of these two parts are based on the review of the related literaturesof the specialized farmers cooperatives of management both in China and overseas’.Secondly, making a definition of the related concept of the article, introducing somerelated theoretical principles--the performance evaluation theory system, theprincipal-agent theory and the theory of transaction cost etc., and then analyzing therelated contents of the specialized farmers cooperatives. Also by using the questionnairesurvey of Suning (Hebei) as a sample and analyzed the present problems of the specializedfarmers cooperatives. And then the main part of this research is based on the analysiswhich has mentioned above.Next, based on the analysis of the factors which have influenced the specializedfarmers cooperatives of management, we have selected15specific quantitative indicatorsto build the index layer, and then create the criteria layer and target layer. And later on,doing the empirical research of the specialized farmers cooperatives of management whichis combined with the method of factor analysis. According to the research some problemswere found out: service cooperatives for members to provide the maximum workingcapital operation performance, agricultural cooperatives in the unified purchase, Thequality control of agricultural products, service content comprehensive and agriculturalproduct sales and brand building, etc.. At the same time, the empirical results also verified the rationality of index system construction.Finally, according to the conclusions of empirical study in this paper and thecombination of the specialized farmers cooperatives of management in China, puttingforward to improve the management performance of Chinese specialized farmerscooperatives countermeasures and suggestions.
