Study On The Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Dingzhou Specialized Farmers Cooperatives

In the process of building a new countryside,in order to realize agricultural modernization and fundamentally solve agricultural problems,the state put forward a new type of rural cooperative economic organization--farmer cooperative,and provided strong support for its development.Since the promulgation of the law on farmers' cooperatives,farmers' cooperatives have been highly concerned by the state and highly recognized by farmers,and have achieved multiple growth and maintained a good state of development.However,with the development of farmers' cooperatives,many management problems have been exposed,such as poor service quality,formalistic system,imperfect mechanism and shortage of funds.Therefore,the research on the internal management of farmers' cooperatives can effectively alleviate the adverse consequences caused by poor internal management and realize the sustainable development of farmers' cooperatives.This article based on the comprehensive research at home and abroad to Dingzhou basic situation,the internal management status quo of farmers' professional co-operatives are analyzed,and helps to further understand the management mechanism of Dingzhou farmers' professional co-operatives,enrich and perfect the research theory and method,to promote the Dingzhou farmers' professional co-operatives the optimization of the internal management mechanism countermeasures and Suggestions.Based on an in-depth analysis of the relevant concepts and theories of specialized farmer cooperatives,this paper first elaborates the basic situation and management status of specialized farmer cooperatives in Dingzhou city,and reveals the problems existing in the internal management of specialized farmer cooperatives in Dingzhou city.Secondly,based on the management defects in the operation of the cooperative,the source of the problem was found.Thirdly,taking into account the reality of Dingzhou farmers' professional cooperatives,we formulated targeted management optimization measures.According to the research put forward:(1)at present,Dingzhou farmers' professional co-operatives is the overall development of quality,service ability is weak,the low level ofservice,the vast majority of cooperatives of comprehensive competition ability is poor,unable to resist the market risk,cooperative members system for poor understanding of the situation and the problems such as nonstandard management mode;(2)after analysis,found the main reason for the problem of Dingzhou farmers' professional co-operatives is the insufficient understanding of the internal management,cooperatives internal operation mechanism is not sound,lack of talented people,the lack of core competitiveness,the lack of operation specification,internal controls can be evaded,socialized service system is not sound and the new type of agricultural management system is not sound,etc.;(3)according to the analysis,it is believed that Dingzhou specialized farmer cooperatives need to further enhance their internal management level through such measures as further strengthening service connection,strengthening talent introduction and member cultivation,further improving their internal management level,perfecting the cooperative operation mechanism and further improving socialized services.
