With the rapid growth of the demand for oil, nature gas and other energy fromsociety, oil as non-renewable resource become more and more important. The supplychain department of petroleum company plays a key role in the smooth running ofthe production of oil exploration and development, project built production andconstruction. It also responsible for the important functions of the materials needed,reduce procurement costs, to avoid a large number of funds used for the productionand construction enterprises, in the mean time with great risk.The risk will cause some loss and harm, and exist commonly in different placeand time, also in various companies and industries. Supply chain risk management inthe supply chain management system of the source, nature and impact of riskresearch to develop appropriate measures and take various effective methods toreduce the risk to a minimum the process. The occurrence of supply chain riskfactors usually reduce the operating efficiency of the supply chain, increasing thecost of the product, and may lead to more serious breakdown of the supply chain.This thesis analyzes from procurement, production and sales systems risk, andintroduce the management method. Analyze the structure and the implementationmethod of key aspect in petroleum company, work on how to identify and avoid therisk. The risks faced by the supply chain management can be listed, includingcontract risk, price risk, safety risk, technology risk, oil spill risk and many otherfactors to be analyzed individually. Come up with a reasonable risk identificationmethods and avoidance measures, use AHP assesses on a case-by-case basis, throughthe calculation of risk factors, sort the risk factors to get the greater impact factor onsupply chain management. Focus on those heavily weighted risk factors, strictcontrol of risk occurrence. Establish Supply chain integration risk monitoring system,comprehensive monitoring and analysis of supply chain risk, sort the risk factorsaccording to there impact. Take C Petroleum Company as an example of a typicalpetroleum company, through analysis of the enterprises environment inside andoutside, analyze the risk from purchasing, production and sales parts and how theymanage the risk. Research of the supply chain structure and key parts performance,bring the risk identification and aversion method on risk management, which have been validated as effective proposals, and also could be a reference for other similarenterprises on supply chain management.
