Study And Application On The Retail Enterprises Supply Chain Risks Management System

Supply chain management has become a new kind of management model and method.Supply chain integrate different enterprise resource advantages to complement each other's superiority,improve their adaptability,rapid response capacities to market demand,competitiveness and new product development capability.However,supply chain has features of many partners,cross-boundary and multi-link,so that the supply chain vulnerable influenced by external environment and adverse factors of the various entities within the chain,forming supply chain risks.In order to enhance the supply chain competitiveness and risks resistance,enterprises need to construct a corresponding supply chain risks management system which can ensure the smooth implementation of supply chain risks management.About the construction and application of retail enterprises supply chain risks management system,the thesis discusses the following things:(1) The thesis summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of supply chain risks management.Based on the theoretical foundation of risk management,supply chain management and supply chain risks management,the thesis constructs a retail enterprises supply chain risks management sketch,and analyses the existing research findings of supply chain risk identification,assessment and management.(2) According to the retail enterprises supply chain elements,model and the characteristics of the retail supply chain management,the thesis comprehensive analyses the retail enterprises supply chain risks inducements,identifies the supply chain external and internal factors,accordingly,classifies the retail enterprises supply chain risks.(3) The thesis designs the retail enterprises supply chain risks assessment index system by the analysis of the retail enterprises supply chain risks inducements.And the thesis establishes the supply chain risks assessment models with combination of fuzzy comprehensive and weighing method based on rough sets,makes use of risks assessment model to judge risks level,and analyses the advantages of the risks assessment model.(4) The thesis introduces the theory of enterprise risk management framework,puts forward an integrative system for retail supply chain risk management,and designs risks prevention measures for specific risk.Moreover,the thesis establishes retail supply chain risk monitoring system to provide solutions framework for preventing the occurrence of retail supply chain risks and dealing with sudden incidents,and analyses the model of retail supply chain risk sharing and the distribution of benefits combining with principal-agent theory.The conclusions of the thesis are as follows.It's necessary and feasible for the construction of the retail enterprises supply chain risks management system.The 12 first level assessment indexes and 38 second level assessment indexes proposed in this paper comprehensive reacts the retail enterprise potential risk factors.And the supply chain risks assessment models with combination of fuzzy comprehensive and weighing method based on rough sets is effective.The risks integrative management system provided theoretical foundation and support for the retail enterprises supply chain risk management.
