Research On Risk Management Of QD Company's Purchasing Project Based On Supply Chain Perspective

Purchasing plays an important role in food safety,cost control and economic benefits of catering enterprises.Especially with the rise of market price,the proportion of raw material purchase cost in the cost of catering enterprises has gradually increased.How to effectively guarantee the quality of raw material purchase,control the purchase cost,improve the purchase efficiency and deal with the purchase risk has become an important content of the research on the purchase management of catering enterprises.Based on the supply chain management theory,project management theory and project risk management theory,this paper analyzes the possible risks in each link of the supply chain of QD company,and uses the project risk management theory to quantitatively evaluate and classify the risks in the implementation of its procurement projects.At the same time,according to the results of risk classification,the specific countermeasures are put forward.Through the research of this paper,we can see that:(1)the current risks of QD company's procurement project mainly include: policy risk,plan risk,bidding process risk and supplier risk,totaling 4 major items,14 sub items;(2)through the use of AHP to evaluate the procurement project risk of QD company,we can see that the bidding process risk and supplier risk,2 major items and their corresponding 8 sub items The risk level of the item belongs to high risk or high risk,which needs to be dealt with.(3)in view of the risk factors found,this paper formulates the risk response measures for eight sub risks,such as the customization of the standard,process control and key personnel.(4)in order to ensure the effective implementation of QD company's procurement project management measures,this paper constructs corresponding safeguard measures from three aspects: establishing procurement project management mechanism,innovating procurement project operation mechanism,and building procurement project management talent team.In a word,the research in this paper has a guiding role in improving the purchasing management strategy of QD company,and also provides a reference for the optimization of the purchasing management of food production enterprises,so that enterprises can realize the transformation from the traditional purchasing managementmode to the purchasing management mode in the supply chain environment.
