In recent years, as China’s economic development center north, around BoHai portlogistics development is more and more attention. How to avoid the viciouscompetition of around BoHai port in developing port logistics has become the focusof concern of the society. This article studies from the related theories of port logistics,the basic concept and the competition and cooperation connotation of port logisticsare discussed, at the same time, a detailed analysis of around BoHai regional ports onthe port logistics development present situation, On the basis of comprehensiveevaluation about around BoHai port logistics competitiveness, this paper analyzes thecompeting-cooperating’s theory and connotation, and then it discusses around BoHai’scompeting-cooperating tactics of port logistics.
