Port Logistics Competitiveness Evaluation Of The Ports Around Bohai

Domestic and foreign experts, scholars and industry experts have pay more and more attention to research in the field of port logistics. Port logistics is the key component of regional integrated logistics system, is the main strength and promotion of regional logistics and regional economy development. This article take Port of Dalian, port of Yingkou, port of Tianjin, port of Qinhuangdao, port of Qingdao and port of Rizhao which are all around the Bohai in our country for specific evaluation object, then made the competitiveness evaluation analysis of the Bohai port group logistics.This article first elaborated the port logistics and the competitiveness of the relevant theory, introduced the meaning of the port logistics and port logistics competitiveness, in the view of elements, characteristic and other aspects, and expounded the relationship between port logistics and regional economic.Secondly, according to some principles established the evaluation index system of port logistics competitiveness, the system is divided into five index subset. Then, took Rotterdam port, Antwerp port, the port of Hamburg and Singapore port for examples to analysis the development status of foreign port logistics; and has analyzed the current situation of the Bohai haven group logistics.Then, by the method of factor analysis, using SPSS software established the empirical calculation for Bohai port logistics competitiveness. The calculation results have showed that, the port logistics competitiveness level of the six ports ranging from high to low are port of Tianjin, port of Qingdaot, port of Dalian, port of Yingkou, port of Rizhao and port of Qinhuangdao.Then analyzed the calculation result. Finally, combining the qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation results, it presented some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of port logistics level and to promote the coordinated development of the ports around Bohai overall.
