| Recently, along with the fierce competition growing up, port enterprises focus on the synergy development between the city where they located and the region in order to make the enterprises, the city and the region develop together. As to Bohai Sea region, except using the current advantages of Peking City, Tianjin City and Hebei Province to develop the economy of Bohai Sea region, port enterprises are crucial to the economic development of Bohai Sea region. Although, Bohai Sea region is one of the densest regions, the synergy between the port enterprises and the regions can't compare with some of the distinguished ports, such as port of Pusan, port of Yokohama, and even Shanghai port. So, to discuss how to cooperate among the ports enterprises located in Bohai Sea region, bonded area, cities and the regions and how to drive the economic development of Bohai Sea region is the most primary issue.First of all, this paper conclude some problems about function combination, development position and management of Bonded area and port enterprises, which appear in the process of development of Bonded area and port enterprises in Bohai Sea region ,especially the decreased benefit of Bonded Sea region after China entered into the WTO. Secondly, this paper analyzes the relativity of economy between Bonded area and ports in Bohai Sea region by means of relativity analysis and trend analysis, and then find out the high relativity between development of Bonded area and port enterprises, so we put forward the trend of FTZ-Port linkage turning into free trade zone through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Finally, the paper describe the blue print of development of Tianjin Port, Bonded area, Tianjin City and Bohai Sea region through discussing the operative model of FTZ-Port linkage, model optimization and effect on FTZ-Port linkage to improve the economic development of Bohai Sea region. |
