Analysis On Product Quality Situation In Tanggu District

The quality of products is an important part of national comprehensive economicstrength, reflects the level of civilization. Product quality problems are related to thevital interests of the people, as well as the national image. Now, there are manyproblems in Tanggu products, consist of the unbalanced development of industry, lackof famous brand products, the unstable products’ quality of small enterprises etc.These need to be solve by Tanggu quality supervision department which is thesupervisor of the enterprises.Aimed to solve the current problem of the products’ quality in Tanggu, this paperapproach the issue from the research of enterprises distribution in Tanggu, selectivetest of products’ quality, activity of quality management,along with law case ofproducts’ quality. Using qualitative and quantitative analysis, come out the cause ofquality problems by ranging from three respects which are enterprises,society andgovernment． For enterprise, its poor awareness of quality, weak of qualitymanagement work, the lack of sense of responsibility cause the low quality．Forgovernment，the backward quality control idea, and the poor implement of primaryquality work affect the products’ quality level in Tanggu. For society, poor qualityawareness of consumption, as well as the social organizations not playing their rolesalso lead Tanggu quality problems.By analyzing the causes of quality problems in all aspects, using the governmentregulation theory and modern related knowledge of total quality management, thispaper provides a series of measure and suggestion about improving product quality inTanggu. Including: establish a correct quality concept; help enterprises to improve thebasic quality; do well the primary quality work; promote the implementation of brandstrategy, improve the industrial structure; promote quality responsibility system andcredit system; play the well role of industry associations and other socialorganizations.
