| With the rapid development of knowledge based economy, fighting for talent isbecoming the core of the business competition, and human resource is becoming thecore resource of the organization. In the process of persuading constant development,how to establish an efficient human resources management system; how to attract,retain and motivate talents; how to maximize the potential of the talents, are the mainproblems organizations need to be solved currently. The research and experience inhuman resources management of state-owned municipal construction companies arestill in an early stage. In order to meet the increasing competition from theenvironment, companies must adjust their attitudes and perceptions, increase theircontribution towards the development of human resources management, andimplement a strategic human resources management, thus enhance their overallcompetitiveness.Acording to the study of human resources management theories, this research ranalyses the current situation and common problems of human resources managementfunction of state-owned municipal construction companies. Using DX municipalconstruction company as a specific case, it studies the problems and challenges thehuman resources management function experiencing, provides a solution, andestablishes a human resources strategic planning. The research and study of this thesiswill provide a reference for promoting DX municipal construction company ondeveloping its human resources reform, management level, and overallcompetitiveness as a whole. |
