H Gas Station Oil Inventory Management Research

In recent years, along with our country national income level unceasing promotion, city and intercity road infrastructure continues to increase and the number of vehicles is climbed ceaselessly, gas station already gradually occupy the important position in national life. Especially in2005,after the oil of our country finished product retail market began to open in the round, domestic and foreign gas station quantity rapid growth, China’s oil retail market has reached the most competitive era, how to scientific and effective management of gas station inventory problem is very important.In this paper, a private gas station-H gas station as an example, in a large number of authentic data on the basis of the data, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, from the supply chain and inventory management point of view, the H gas station inventory management problems, put forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions. In the paper, this paper analyzes the H gas station inventory management problems, found out the root cause of the problem, and combined with SWOT analysis method, proposed the H gas station inventory management should be optimized in the procurement activities, consumption and inventory management strategy three aspects of view.Firstly, it introduce a quantitative inventory control model for optimization of procurement activities and calculate the H gas station reasonable safety stock, reorder point and economic order quantity; secondly, it analysis of the gas station in Invoicing part of consumption problems and puts forward some solving measures; finally, in the perspective of supply chain management, it puts forward the models of oil inventory management strategic planning,0#,90#,93#oil by vendor management inventory strategy,97#oil by inventory supplier joint inventory management strategy.This paper has not only solved the H gas station in the inventory management problems and issues, while for other private gas station inventory management also has a certain reference value.
