The Research About The Inventory Management Of The Refined Oil Enterprises In Our Country Based On CPFR

The refined oil is the important strategic commodity for the national economy and the people's livelihood. For reducing the refined enterprise's logistics cost and the management risk,enhancing enterprise profit ability,enhancing the market competitive power,the refined oil enterprise takes and pays special attention to the stock management. Facing more and more serious pressure of stock management, through introducing the CPFR this kind of new stock management pattern to our country refined oil industry,it will be have vital significance for optimizing our country refined oil enterprise's stock management process, reducing the stock pressure, enhancing the enterprise competitive ability.The article firstly analyses the status and main problems of stock management in China's refined oil enterprise,and points out the deficiency of traditional inventory control methods used widely in China's refined oil business. Secondly, The article analyses the feasibility and necessity of CPFR used in China's refined oil enterprise. Thirdly,analyse the specific applications of CPFR in China's refined oil enterprise. Include an analysis of the basic idea,the premise and the steps for CPFR's implement in China's refined oil enterprise;construct the supply chain management architecture based on CPFR in China's refined oil enterprise; through improving traditional quantitative models,try to establish the inventory model based on CPFR in China's refined oil enterprise;and analyse the validity of the mode through examples.Finally,make some advices to improve inventory management level of China's refined oil enterprise from a collaborative point of view.In this paper,by means of system analysis, analyse the feasibility and necessity of CPFR used in China's refined oil enterprise,and analyse the basic idea,the premise and the steps for CPFR's implement in China's refined oil enterprise;By means of model analysis,improve quantitative ordering mode in random environment;By means of examples analysis,test the validity of model with the actual data. I hope that this paper can guide the practice of application of CPFR and provide a useful thinking for CPFR's implementation in China's refined oil enterprise.
